Since being established in 2006 Northern Spring has observed and worked alongside many expert trainers.  We have drawn widely on good trainers experience.  Meet the team.

Who We Are

Martin Snoddon, Trainer & Consultant:

Martin is the founder and the Director of Northern Spring and has many years of experience working on violent conflict related issues and brings with him both traditional and innovative approaches to supporting people through difficult circumstances.

Zannie Barrett, Psychotherapist & Trainer:

Zannie Barrett is a psychotherapist, trainer and group facilitator specialising in a process known as Symbolic Modelling using Clean Language which utilises the innate resources and wisdom of each individual to facilitate their own development and self-awareness through their own words, language patterns and metaphors.

Anna Rooney, Training Associate:

Founder of Culture Link Training and Integration which was formed in 2007 to support cultural understanding and integration in a practical way through multilingual communication and mediation services, multi-lingual job training, language training, translations and cultural events. Anna Rooney is the founder of the company.Ltd.
